Shipping & Delivery Policy

United Kingdom Orders

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and applicable to UK mainland only.

Delivery Cost: Our standard delivery service for UK mainland services orders over £25 is free for parcels up to 5kg. UK mainland orders less than £25 for parcels up to 5kg is £4. Some products are eligible for free delivery and you will be advised as you check out. Our next day delivery services for UK mainland will cost you £6.00 for most items. Items that are too big and or too heavy are not eligible for next day delivery service.

Processing Time: Orders placed before 14.00 BST are processed the same day. Any orders placed after 14.00 BST will be processed on the next working day.

You must check the packaging of the item after receiving it and report to us within 48 hours by email (customerservices@jodani.co.uk) if the item is damaged/faulty or not as described.

International Orders

Europe: Standard delivery time is 4 – 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Europe: Express delivery time is 2 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

USA & Canada: Delivery time is 5 – 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Cost: Our shipping costs for international orders are applied as you check out after the weight and destination country of your order is considered. Please note that you are responsible for taxes imposed in destined country.
